On November 1, 2024, in the hall named after N. Dauletova of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a presentation of books by Bolatbek Tolepbergen, laureate of the President's Award in the field of mass media, laureate of the State Youth Award «Daryn» and the prize of the Youth Union of Kazakhstan, cultural worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ph.D., editor-in-chief of Radio Shalkar, was held.

The presentation of the author's book «Alan zhurt» (documentary essays, short stories, literary criticism), the monograph «Ulttyk idea – ulttyk media tugyri», the collection of materials of the international scientific and practical conference «Turakty damu maksattary ayasyndagi journalistika zhane baspa isi: dastur zhane zhanashyldyk», the journalistic book «Ulttyk media - ulttyk kauipsizdik» and the bibliographic index «Bolatbek Tolepbergen» published this year.

In the work «Alan Zhurt», published by the publishing house «Atamura», the author reveals the historical problem he is investigating. The main character of the work is Azamat Zhakibayev, a young man who became a victim of the Soviet totalitarian system for dissident activities.

The monograph «Ulttyk idea – ulttyk media tugyry» examines the formation of the Kazakh national idea as one of the foundations of the development of national media.

The materials of the collection of the international scientific and practical conference «Turkty damu maksattary ayasyndagi journalism zhane baspa isi: dastur zhane zhanashyldyk» contain articles dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the author.

The book «Ulttyk media – Ulttyk kauipsizdik» provides an excursion into the formation of the country's media from the publications of the Alash period to the present.

Exploring the history of the Kazakh press, the author analyzes the influence of socio-political phenomena on the mass media over the years of independence.

The bibliographic index of the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Bolatbek Tolepbergen» contains a chronologically systematized list of the author's works. The preface to the bibliographic work was written by Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Association of Historians of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Mambet Koigeldiev.

At the event, representatives of the intelligentsia shared their memories of the author: statesman and public figure Amirzhan Kosanov, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, President of the publishing house «Atamura» Rahimgali Abraruli Kul-Muhammad, academician, Ph.D., Professor Kanseit Abdezuly, statesman and public figure, political scientist Dos Koshim, cultural activist Yerzhan Tolek, who also they expressed their opinion about the presented books.

Among the participants of the event were government and public figures, intellectuals, historians, library readers and media representatives.
