On April 17, the presentation of the book «Shalakhmetov shenberi» by the famous writer and publicist, academician of the International Academy of Informatization, prize winner of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan and the Kazakhstan Academy of Journalism Sharkhan Kazygul took place in the Hall named after N.Dauletova.

The meeting was opened by Doctor of Philology, Professor K. Abdezuly, and also shared warm memories of the working life and creative path of G.Shalakhmetov, Chairman of the Writers' Union of Kazakhstan M.Kulkenov, teacher S. Karabalin, oilman Sh. Zhanseitov, President of the Academy of Journalists of Kazakhstan S. Kozybayev, President of the D. Kunaev Foundation and friends-contemporaries of the hero of the day.

During the event, a presentation of the book «Shalakhmetov shenberi» took place.
