- publication of literature on bibliology and library science, information, bibliographic, reference and other types of literature;
- printing of paper and blanks for the implementation of library technological processes (library equipment);
- development and printing of design materials for mass events of the library.

Main function:

- formation of the annual publishing plan;
- prepress of manuscripts, paper blanks, information and image products: creation of original layouts;
- definition of the publishing process technology;
- printing quality of the products;
- participation in the replenishment of publications of the main book Fund;
- participation in book exhibitions and other events of the library.

Structure:

- group of prepress processes;
- group of printing processes (printing house)
