On October 31, 2019 there in the hall after N.K.Dauletova the National library of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Institute of linguistics after A.Baitursynov of the Committee of science of the Ministry of education and science of the RK in accordance with the plan if activities for the implementation of the programme “Rukhani zhangyru” and for the purposes of implementation of the tasks stated in the article “Uly dalanyn zhety kyry” carried out the presentation of the 15-volume dictionary of Sakha and “The great explanatory dictionary of the Yakut language” with the participation of the group of scientists from Yakutsk city of the Republic of Sakha.

The activity was opened by director of National library of the RK Ospanova Bakytzhamal Kayirbekovna who told the audience about the international cooperation of National library of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the world library community and handed over to the guests the books as gifts.

The moderator of the activity was director of the Institute of linguistics after A.Baitursynov, doctor of science (philology), academician Kazhybek Erden Zadauly.

For the solemn ceremony of cutting of the ribbon there were invited director of National library of the RK Ospanova Bakytzhamal Kayirbekovna, the doctor of science (philology), professor, academician of the Republic of Sakha Sleptsov Petr Alexeevich, the responsible leader  of “The great explanatory dictionary of the Yakut language”, candidate of science (philology) Monastyrev Vladimir Dmitriyevich, the doctor of science (philology), professor, chief scientific worker of the Institute of linguistics after A.Baitursynov Zhunisbek Alimkhan.

There at the activity Monastyrev V.D. introduced the whole delegation of the Republic of Sakha of 13 people and handed over the 15 volumes of “The great explanatory dictionary of the Yakut language” and the books to the fond of National library. National library of the RK concluded the Author’s agreement about the transference of rights for digitization and placement of the gifted books to the electronic library. There were heard the speeches of the guests about the process of creation and publication of  “The great explanatory dictionary of the Yakut language”.

There were performed for the guests the Kazakh folk songs by the students of the Kazakh national conservatoire after Kurmangazy Kaster Kabdyl and Kostybai Kazhybai.

At the end of the activity there was carried out the review excursion around National library of the RK.

Director of National library of the RK Ospanova B.K. gave the interview to the editor of the National broadcasting company “Sakha” Izbekova Evdokia Ignatyevna. In the future there is planned the creation of the special programme of the National broadcasting company “Sakha” dedicated to the National library of the RK.

There in the activity participated the scientists-linguists, the scientific workers of the Institute of linguistics after A.Baitursynov, librarians, students, mass-media representatives and others.
