There in the reading hall of the Dissertations’ department after Salyk Zimanov is organized the exhibition of dissertation works “Tauyelsizdik daurindegy gylym”, dedicated to the 30-th anniversary  of independence of Kazakhstan.

Today Kazakhstan is an independent, democratic and legal state. From the moment of acquisition of independence Kazakhstan became the member of the CIS, the UEC and the Shanghai Organization of Cooperation. The republic enters the Eurasian economic union. Kazakhstan is also a member of the UNO, the Organization for security and cooperation in Europe, the Council of the North-Atlantic partnership, the Turkic council and the Organization of Islamic cooperation. It is also an active participant of the NATO programme named “Partnership for peace”.

There at the exhibition are presented the dissertations of the scientists of Kazakhstan who defended their works during the years of independence of the country. The works are dedicated to the establishment and development of the state. There in the dissertations are reflected the most important events which happen in our country in the social-economic and public-political spheres, the process of party building in Kazakhstan, and also the reformations in the Parliament of the RK, in the judicial and executive systems of the state. The works dedicated to the constitutional-legal basics of establishment of the RK, the institution of presidency and the growing of its role in the process of sovereignty of Kazakhstan, the historical way of establishment and development of the capital. The dissertations dedicated to the history and development of the armed forces of the RK, the formation of the customs politics of the RK in the transition period.

There are exhibited the works disclosing the international relations with the near and far foreign countries (Uzbekistan, China, the USA), the youth politics of the young state, and also the works reflecting the development of culture, literature, museums, international tourism and informational technologies.

The works about international cooperation in the sphere of education, development of the spiritual-moral patriotism, about the role of woman in the system of political processes of independent Kazakhstan. About the role of mass-media, journalistic and the spiritual potential of the nation in the conditions of sovereignty of the republic.

There at the exhibition are exhibited the dissertations of the prominent public, scientific and state figures of the republic: K.E. Kusherbayev, N.Z. Nigmatulin, I.N. Tasmagambetov, K.A.Mami, M.A.Kulmukhammed, K.S. Sultanov, R.A. Berdigaliyeva and others.
