On June 23 there in the hall after N. Dauletova within the framework of the II-nd republican parade of arts “Salem, Elorda!”, carried out with the support of the Ministry of culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan from June 22 to 24 of the current year in the Almatinskaya region and Almaty city, deputy chairman of the Committee for culture of the Ministry of culture and sport of the RK Seyitova Kuimis Karsakbayevna carried out the master-class on the issues of legislation in the sphere of culture

The republican parade of arts «Salem, Elorda”, uniting the best performers of all the regions of the country, started in the last year in Nur-Sultan city. This year there is planned its carrying out in Amaty cty, the Akmolinskaya, the Western-Kazakhstanskaya and Eastern-Kazakhstanskaya regions.

The purpose of the parade of arts, organized in the form of the days of art and culture of the regions and cities of the republican significance is the popularization of achievements of culture and art and the best performers of the regions. Also there within the framework of the programme “Rukhani zhangyru” to widely celebrate the jubilee dates of the republican and local significance. The main subject of the given project is the development of mutual cooperation and exchange of experience between the branches  of culture of the regions.
