On September 27 dedicated to the centenary of “Kazak radio” and 55 years of “Shalkar radio” there in the foyer opened the exhibition of the centenary history of radio, ancient documents and musical instruments named “Almatydan soilep turmyz…” which was continued with the concert programme.

The exhibition was solemnly opened by director of National library of the RK Bakytzhamal Ospanova, after that it was continued by the head of “Kazak radio” and “Shalkar radio”, poet Bakhyt Zhagyparuly who acquainted the audience with the exhibits from the history of development of radio. 

There in the activity participated the radio-veterans, the well-known workers of culture and art, mass-media representatives etc.

The traditional music and modern music singers R. Stamgaziyev, N. Zhanpeyisov, T. Abugazy, B. Bekmagambetov, D. Muratkhan, G. Takezhanova, A. Niyazova, A.Ushmanbetova, L. Muratkyzy etc. sang the songs.
