On February 14, 2020 director of National library of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Ministry of culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ospanova Bakytzhamal Kayibekovna and director of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Leader of the Nation Rakhimzhanov Amirkhan Muratbekuly signed the Memorandum on cooperation between the two establishments.
