On December 11, 2019 in the hall named after. N. Dauletova National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a meeting with veterans of the creative team, dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the studio "Kazakhtelefilm".

The event was moderated by Kudaibergen Tursyn, professor at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and TV journalist. Journalist, writer, TV dramatist, public figure Sultan Orazaly and Kazakhstani publicist, academician of the National Academy of Natural Sciences of Kazakhstan Gadilbek Shalakhmetov made welcoming speeches.

During the meeting, videos dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Kazakhtelefilm studio were shown, and the veterans of the creative team, director-operator Sarsen Tazhimuratov, director Valery Zadarnovsky and others expressed their warm wishes.

Also on behalf of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the RK and the Board of JSC "RTRK "Kazakhstan" Saule Zhirenshina, a cultural figure of the RK, the winner of the prize of the Union of Journalists, awarded the veterans of the studio "Kazakhtelefilm".

Ruzanna Bektursynova, deputy head of the Department of Culture of Almaty, presented a letter of gratitude from Bakytzhan Sagintayev, the Mayor of Almaty.

During the meeting, the Central State Archives of Cinema and Photo Documents and Sound Recordings of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized an exhibition dedicated to the 50th anniversary of Kazakhtelefilm studio.
