On December 6, 2019, in the Library science hall of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to promote Elbasy’s program articles “Looking into the Poor: Modernization of Public Consciousness” and “Seven Faces of the Great Steppe”, "Zhurek barda zhyr olmeydi" a literary and musical evening (competition) was held on the basis of the dual education system dedicated to the 175^th birthday of Abay Kunanbaev.

On December 5, 2019 in the hall named after N. Dauletova National Library of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a presentation of multivolume works of famous scientist-Turkologist, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, doctor of philological sciences, professor, honorary member of the Turkish Linguistic Academy "Dil Kurumu", Honored Scientist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the winner of the State Prize of Kazakhstan, Prize named after Shokan Ualikhanov and the Order "Barys" of I degree Rabiga Satygalievna Syzdyk, dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the birth of the scientist.
