On April 24, 2024, a creative meeting «Aesthetics of intercultural Dialogue» was held in the hall of the World Literature Service.

«Aesthetics of inter-cultural dialogue» is a series of creative meetings with masters of artistic speech and public speaking. N.P.Zaitsev, a member of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan and Russia, a Kazakhstani science fiction writer, children's writer, laureate of international literary competitions L.V.Lazareva and associate professor of the Department of Russian Language, Speech Culture and Teaching Methods at Vyatka State University of Russia A.A.Kalinin were invited to this meeting.

The meeting was opened by Deputy Director of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.H.Yusupova. The moderator of the creative meeting was T.V.Zubkova, an employee of the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty. In her speech, the Vice Consul of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Almaty, M.S.Simakova, congratulated all those present on the Book and Copyright Day.

At the creative meeting, the writers shared with the audience their experience in writing books, where they get inspiration, idea, plot, character, and also shared their mastery of the artistic word, influencing the imagination of readers, etc. Within the framework of the event, a ceremony of donating books to the fund of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the authors took place. An expert in public speaking, A.A.Kalinin, conducted a master class with the participants «A modern speaker: in dialogue with the world», in which he told in detail the features of public speaking, the psychology of communication, methods of manipulating the attention of the audience and its main secrets. The audience actively participated in the event, asking questions to both writers and an expert in public speaking, thereby demonstrating their high level of interest.

At the end of the event, letters of thanks were presented to the guests of the event, A.A.Kalinin, N.P.Zaitsev, L.V.Lazareva and other participants.

The event was attended by students of gymnasiums, students of colleges and universities in Almaty.
